The Mortgage and Insurance Bureau received the GOLD award in the Best Mortgage Broker in London category at the prestigious ESTAS 2017. The award was announced by TV property expert, Phil Spencer, at a lavish luncheon and ceremony at the Grosvenor House in Park Lane which was attended by 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.

Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 said: “This industry doesn’t get enough credit for the work it does in helping millions of customers around the UK and making their dreams come true and at The ESTAS we want to highlight that fact.” Addressing the audience he added “if you make it up on stage today you can leave in the knowledge that you’ve achieved the highest accolade our industry can offer.”

We are absolutely thrilled to have been recognised at this year’s ESTAS. It means so much to us as we know our customers have judged our performance. We take our levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice. We have always been very proud of the personal service we provide and this is a great way to demonstrate how good we really are and we would like to say a huge THANK YOU to those clients who voted for us.

The Mortgage & Insurance Bureau was created in 2003 in order to meet increasing demand from clients for advice on the ever complex mortgage market.

Since our launch, The Mortgage & Insurance Bureau has established itself as one of the Region’s leading mortgage brokers and has won numerous industry awards for our service and performance.

Our staff have decades of experience in the mortgage industry and there are few challenges we cannot meet.
